I found the two business centers, especially the FedEx office, helpful for any last-minute work requirements. the free Wi-Fi in public areas and in-room breakfast service allowed for seamless remote working. the on-site restaurant and bar/lounge were perfect for casual meetings or unwinding after work. the hotel's commitment to cleanliness, coupled with friendly staff like Anna, made my stay pleasant and productive. the Sheraton truly caters to business travelers seeking comfort and efficiency in the heart of Chicago.
